Grant Writing Workshop

Thank you to all the teachers who had such positive comments yesterday after the Grant Writing Workshop we held for Middle School Social Studies teachers at Goldsboro High School. Pamela and I enjoy being able to share the experiences we have had with other educators who care enough to go that extra mile. The ones who really benefit are our students.

I am attaching the materials we handed out as they come in this morning. I hope they are a benefit to you in your pursuit of the funds you need to make your classrooms and student learning experiences the very best they can be.

Good luck in all your endeavors.

Sorry that you had to stay at a work shop because of the early dissmissal. I liked getting the day off but I know that you didn't like it. We have 2 more early dissmisal's this year. Have a good Easter.

I really appreciate you going to these workshops and asking for grants then our class gets to enjoy things most classes don't.

Thank you for working so hard to get our class different things. I think that all of the projects such as the Big Newspaper will help us out a lot next year in 8th grade!

Thank you so much Pam and Lee for leading this session on grant writing as a classroom teacher. It is so nice to go to these things and know that we are going to have fun and energetic leaders who are classroom teachers and know how things are for us.

I dind't get the handouts yesterday because of the HUGE crowd and decided to check if you had them up here yet. I don't know if I have the energy you do for writing these but I am going to try! It will definatly make a difference for the students!
